MindFi is looking for a Full-Stack Product Engineer to shape the trajectory of our mental health & HR tech SaaS platform. As an early team member, you will own features end-to-end—from specification and architecture design to delivery, QA, and customer feedback. You will work closely with design and product teams to build scalable tools used by HR leaders, therapists, and employees across the Asia-Pacific region. Key Responsibilities: - Own, build, scale, and evolve features end-to-end across full-stack applications. - Lead architecture design and establish engineering standards for rapid growth. - Research, evaluate, and integrate modern frameworks and best practices. - Collaborate asynchronously with a fast-paced, low-bureaucracy distributed team. - Proactively suggest product improvements from both technical and user-centric perspectives.

Kualifikasi & Persyaratan

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Engineer (Python + React / Next.js)
  • Proficiency in modern web tech stack (TypeScript, React, Python, Flask, PostgreSQL)
  • Generalist mindset, comfortable working across both frontend and backend systems
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with experience in startups, side projects, or building SaaS products from scratch
  • Strong product-thinking capability with a focus on user-centric design & decisions
  • Excellent written communication skills for asynchronous remote collaboration
  • [Bonus] Experience building analytical dashboard products
  • [Bonus] Knowledge of security standards (e.g., HIPAA or health data privacy constraints)
