Full-Stack Engineer (Ops Tooling & Automation)

SPX Express Indonesia is building the next generation of operational systems for pickup, sortation, linehaul, last-mile delivery, and exception handling. In this role, you will build internal web tools and automation systems used daily by operations teams to directly move real-world KPIs (SLA, throughput, cost per parcel, productivity), with heavy emphasis on modern AI and LLM integration. Key Responsibilities: - Build and ship internal web tools used daily by SPX Express operations. - Own features end-to-end: discovery → design → implementation → rollout → measurement → iteration. - Integrate frontend interfaces, backend microservices, databases, and message queues. - Work closely with Product, Data Science, BI, and Ops teams to solve complex logistics problems. - Implement automation and AI/LLM agent frameworks to reduce manual work and optimize decision-making.

Skill & Tags

Kualifikasi & Persyaratan

• Solid programming fundamentals in modern languages (TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, Python, Java, etc.)
• Strong experience in building web applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Backend experience designing cloud-ready services (databases, message queues, caching, APIs)
• Practical engineering mindset: ability to cut scope, ship v1 fast, and iterate without over-engineering
• Familiarity with modern AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph) or a strong desire to learn
• Understanding of cloud-native principles, containerization, CI/CD, and distributed systems
• Strong collaborative mindset and deep focus on user-centric operational tools
